DESIGN
Mike designs only work we are contracted to construct. We will consult on cost reduction of existing designs on agreed terms usually associated with Ground Support being contracted to complete the construction if we can reduce cost to an agreed fixed price level.
Mike prepares complete design build packages, construction drawings and specifications for all the construction services offered. We can adapt our systems to support complex surface and subsurface loadings, and to accommodate complex wall geology. We work with contractors to provide preliminary designs for cost-estimating, as well as design-build and cost reduction engineering design services.
Ground Support works in the residential, light to medium commercial building construction industry and the remedial engineering industry.
PRODUCT DESIGN – (Watch this space!)
Mike is also working in the development of proprietary retrofit seismic products to be introduced to the market in early 2015 following testing and filing of patents.
