We have the knowledge and gear to handle almost any situation. We have completed many under-house excavations and retaining walls in ridiculous squeezes of down to 600mm in the lower reaches.

We can undertake the full project including excavation, retaining walls, temporary and/or permanent support using timber, concrete or steel.

We undertake foundation replacements and underpinning under all or part of buildings including micro piling, driven piles, and bored and cast piles on any grade.  

Tight Site also undertakes excavation and re-tanking of older leaking retaining walls
